Picking Up Your Order

Once you've received a "Ready for Pickup" email notification, then you can come any time when the salon is open to pick up your order, or pick it up during your next appointment. Masks are required to enter the salon, and someone will need to let you in when you arrive, as we currently are limiting how many people are in the salon at a time. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation, either printed or digitally on your mobile device, to show when you arrive. You will also need to show a piece of ID to confirm that you are who you say you are.

  • Where do I find my Order Number?

    Your order number will be in the subject line of the confirmation email that you received. If you don't have it, you can always call the salon and ask, or just give us your name and what you've ordered so that we can ensure we give you the right products.

  • Can I pick up my order outside of my appointment?

    Yes, definitely! Come anytime when the salon is open. We ask that you wait until you've received a confirmation email that your order is ready to be picked up before arriving. Sometimes, your order can be ready as early as the same day you ordered it.

  • Can someone else pick up my order for me?

    Yes, please send us an email, or give us a call to add a verified alternative pickup contact so we can ensure we are giving the order to the correct person. They will still need to bring ID and have the order number handy (either printed or on your mobile device.)

  • What should I do when I arrive?

    The door will be locked when you arrive - please ensure you are respective social distancing measures with others waiting outside the salon. A stylist or receptionist will come and greet you, and verify your order number and ID, and bring the order to you outside.

  • Can I add more products when I get to the salon?

    Yes of course you can! As the order is already paid for, you will need to bring a method of payment to pay for additional items. We will be happy to ring you through right then and there.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    Once the order is placed, you can still cancel it up until the moment you have received a "Ready for Pick Up" confirmation. If you're not sure if you got that email, then you can call the salon to double check.

  • When does my card get charged when placing an order?

    Your card will be charged upon checkout. This way, you don't have to worry about paying anything when you come to pick up your order.
